We are the perfect location to host your out of town clients. We have free on-site parking and feature nine private playrooms, including a feminization room, a domestic room perfect for foot worhip and interviews, and a group shower room, in addition to the many fully equipped BDSM dungeon rooms for you to choose from.
We also have a guest room, kitchenette, private shower and laundry facilities for those visiting from out of town who need a place to stay. All of our rooms are air-conditioned and fully equipped with cleaning supplies, oils, clean towels and more, as well as an extensive collection of BDSM equipment and gear for use in your rental. Our rooms feature low lighting and music to give your scene that special ambiance that is so important.
Bottled water and soda are available at no charge. Walk in rentals are welcome and no appointment is necessary, however if you have a particular room that you would like to rent, we recommend that you call us at to check availability and reserve your favorite room. Sanctuary LAX is open 7 days a week and welcomes walk ins. Whether you are looking to rent a room for a personal photo or video shoot or the entire facility for a major production or music video, Sanctuary Studios LAX can accomodate you and your needs.
Our clients range from the single independent photographer or videographer who only needs to rent a single room for an hour all the way up to major industry production companies needing single or multi-day lockout rates.
