Santa Cruz, CA. SSVF Supportive Services for Veteran Families Grants provide deposit and rent assistance, as well as emergency housing through hotel vouchers to homeless veterans and their families. This Grant Program was founded on the principle that every Veteran has a right to housing. SSVF Grants provide support at a community level to end and prevent homelessness among Veterans and their families.
These programs are committed to providing this assistance through outreach, case-management, assistance in obtaining benefits and emergency financial resources.
