Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Please treat it like cash; if it is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced or tracked. Purchase a Wellness Services gift certificate. Yes, you can purchase online. When purchasing a gift certificate online, you will be asked whether you would like the gift certificate mailed to you directly or if you would like to make it available at the Rec Center for your student to pick up in person.
Gift certificates left at the Rec Center can be picked up during normal hours of operation with a B-number or valid ID. Gift card recipients are NOT automatically notified of the purchase. It is up to the purchaser to notify the gift certificate recipient. The person who purchases the gift certificate will receive an email confirmation of the purchase.
Gift certificate orders will be fulfilled within two business days from the time of purchase. Please plan accordingly. Gratuities are left to the discretion of clients as a way to show appreciation for exceptional service and we do ask that they be paid in cash at the time of service. Note: Hours subject to change during school holidays, intercessions, and special events. The Wellness Suite is closed during the summer.
