Hotel information will be sent out via email September and September based on when teams registered. Team will receive an email so they know which date they will receive the hotel information prior to the hotel week. What does Stay-to-Play mean? Those teams who do not abide by this will not be allowed to play. They take the headaches out of group reservations and will work with you to create the best experience possible. The F-M CVB has a well-trained and friendly staff who are ready and eager to assist you and your team with your housing needs.
