A 60 minute massage can support healing or relaxation, and can enhance physical performance when performed routinely.
Clients are encouraged to share specific problem areas they wish to have addressed during their session. Those seeking relief from pain or wishing to increase range of motion and mobility are encouraged to book a 90 minute massage.
