In conjunction with many partner organizations, Haven for Hope provides, coordinates and delivers an unparalleled system of care for clients. Partners who provide regular services on campus with security access. Many partners have offices on campus.
Alamo Area Council of Governments is a point of entry for publicly funded intellectual and developmental disability IDD programs and services. American GI Forum provides housing, employment, and wellness services to clients, particularly Veterans in San Antonio and five other major cities in Texas.
The Basketball Embassy provides bi-weekly basketball sessions to empower youth at Haven for Hope. CentroMed provides access to primary care, including medical visits, lab and prescription services, and care coordination.
Also provides referrals to the CAM location for food, clothing, showers, mail services, and prescription assistance.
The City of SA provides coordination and identification of homeless veterans on campus and the coordination of available resources and services in the community. Metro Health provides TB testing and follow-up services. The City of San Antonio Municipal Court provides clearance of warrants, procurement of identification cards, and referral support for clients with alcohol and drug issues.
