The Bureau of Contract Management serves as the primary liaison between the Department and its service providers. The Bureau of Monitoring and Quality Improvement provides the Department with the information necessary to assess the fiscal and programmatic accountability of its providers, both Departmental and contracted. Juvenile Justice Circuit Advisory Boards work with the Chief Probation Officer of the circuit to use data to inform policy and practice which improves the juvenile justice continuum.

Probation and Community Intervention works with youth from the time they are arrested to the time they transition back into the community. The Office of Residential Services provides continued care for an adjudicated youth who is committed to the custody of the Department.
