After receiving my doctorate in counselling psychology from the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London. I worked with patients with all types of psychological issues like anxiety, depression, loss, and other sorts of individual challenges.
I later specialised on singles, single parents and couples. I aim to offer clients an environment that facilitates their exploration of their particular issues, in an atmosphere without judgment. In addition to working with serious psychological issues I also see many individuals who are just stuck in their lives and want to talk things through with an independent person.
As I have lived in different countries and cultures, I can resonate with the unique challenges of living abroad and being confronted with new environments. I am dedicated to assisting and supporting people in their individual journey , to improve communication, resolve conflicts and support them with their relational difficulties. I specialised my academic research on singles struggling with relationships and accepting their single status.
I enjoy working with couples on developing communication skills and resolve their relational difficulties as well as single-parents dealing with children-related issues and finding their identity. In my over 10 years of experience I have been privileged to work with very diverse individuals and have noticed that what most people seem to need, is a bit of human connection, a helping hand to make sense of life, be heard and be listened to - with an open ear and heart.
