This person has made a social gathering place a hostile environment, repeatedly, by non-consentually and repeatedly dragging private information out into the public eye. He is the rapist equivalent of a mass murerer. He cares so little for anyone else's rights or privacy, and yet, calls foul whenever there is a hint that his own abuses might be shown to the world. He repeatedly violates the rules and social conventions of that space.
I do hope, someday he becomes aware of how many people he has hurt, how many people he has chased away from possible education, and understanding, crippling them, as he claims to be crippled as a child. He has repeatedly gone out of his way to make a social environment hosile to me and mine by taking things that are or should be private, and dragging them nonconsensually into the greater public eye.
