Access to grills will be limited. We apologize for the inconvenience but are excited to share the improvements! This acre Maryland State Park is located along the northwestern shore of the majestic Chesapeake Bay.
The park was first opened on June 25, and has provided its guests with various activities and services ever since. Sandy Point State Park offers accessible food and beverage at its Concession Stand and Marina Store, fishing, picnic areas, shelters, bathhouses and playgrounds.

The park has twelve rental pavilions located at the East Beach area of the park. Nine shelters accommodate up to people, two shelters accommodate up to people, and one shelter accommodates up to people. Swimming is permitted only in designated swimming areas.
