We recommend using the infrared sauna and steam, prior to any treatment. This will stimulate your blood and lymphatic systems and enhance the benefits of your spa treatment. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please leave such items in the safe in your hotel room. There are lockers available for your personal items in the Spa facility. Wear whatever is comfortable to you.
All of our therapists are trained to drape towels discreetly over any areas of the body not involved with the treatment and protect your privacy at all times. Disposable undergarments are also available at the Spa. We love children; however, we recommend that you avoid bringing children younger than 16 years old to the spa. Young guests, 16 β 18 years old are welcome to enjoy a selection of treatments under the supervision of a guardian. Arriving late will simply limit time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.
