Tell yourself you can do it and forget all negative self talk. Get outside. Whatever the weather is, fresh air is always a good idea. As well as walking and exercising , just being active. And remember to stay hydrated, the most basic tip that you still easily forget.

It helps me to sit by the ocean, soak up the fresh air and relax. I always feel reenergized and happy when I go for a walk in the woods too. Oddly enough, cleaning the apartment helps too.
