The StadtSportVerband Recklinghausen offers interested sportspeople and health-conscious people who enjoy exercise a wide range of different sports and leisure activities. This offer is aimed at all citizens, but especially at those who do not practice their sport in a club, but prefer to organise their leisure time individually.
Our offer ranges from short weekly running sessions to extended holiday leisure activities. The StadtSportVerband Recklinghausen also offers other sports programmes, such as gymnastics courses for women. You too can start your personal sports and fitness career by joining our course and leisure programme with no obligation. Our staff at the SSV office will be happy to provide you with further information and answer any questions you may have.
Under the guidance of an experienced specialist instructor, the course aims to maintain and strengthen the bond with water that has existed since birth.
Thanks to the weightlessness in the water, the children can playfully fulfil their urge to move while expanding and improving their motor skills and abilities. Accompanying adults are also taught how to handle their child safely and without fear in the water.
