Children are often overlooked in the chaos of criminal investigations. With child abuse advocacy at the forefront, our mission has always been to lessen the trauma that child abuse victims experience during investigations. Children need support during these difficult times, and we're here to help them. Our child abuse advocacy center is located in Shreveport, Louisiana, but we offer all services FREE of charge to child abuse victims, and their non-offending caregivers throughout Northwest Louisiana.
We'll work hand-in-hand with detectives to make sure children feel safe during interviews and investigations. Providing local families with support is important to us, which is why we created our family advocacy programs.
Our hour emergency response team is trained to work with human trafficking victims and provide them with immediate assistance. Giving children the support, encouragement and protection they need is crucial.
