Our oldest son is now attending high school dances. He has been asked, and he has done the asking, too. Since I grew up in California and this was not a thing, I am always looking for day date ideas for him and his group. Luckily, there are a lot of great day date opportunities in Utah. Since we live in Lehi, we have gathered a list of fun day date ideas in Utah County. Hopefully this will help as your children start heading to school dances.
We love dipping our own chocolates at Just Add Chocolate. You can create chocolates and dip all sorts of things in chocolate. It is a ton of fun, affordable, and a great date idea. Location: Lehi. More info here. An Escape Room is a great group activity. Here are our favorite places to participate in escape rooms in Utah County. We recently took our family to Throw Art Studio and it was amazing. We had a lesson about how to use a pottery wheel and then created our own clay piece of art.

At the soap factory you create your own soaps with smells and shapes that you choose. Learn more. Another highly recommended date that is on our short list is Wick Lab. You create candles.
Use their site for more info. Clas Ropes is located near Utah Lake and is open year round. They have a Zipline, a ropes course, and canoes to rent and use on the Provo River.
