This group of therapists are sex-positive and kink-friendly. They have open attitudes and specialized knowledge about sexuality and sexual expression. Sex positive therapists support bisexuality, asexuality, solo sexuality interested in masturbation only , sexual fluidity, and fetish sexuality, among other types. A kink-friendly therapist is non-judgemental, and respects sexual preferences such as role-playing, BDSM, humiliation, or impact play that fall outside of sexual activities that traditional society considers acceptable.
