Durable medium : any instrument enabling the consumer or professional to store information addressed to him personally in order to be able to refer to it later for a period of time adapted to the purposes for which the information is intended and that allows the identical reproduction of the information stored Article L.
These general terms and conditions of sale shall apply automatically to all services provided by the tourist office. Any order or purchase implies unreserved adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale, which shall prevail over all other terms and conditions except those which have been expressly accepted by the seller and appear in the booking contract.
