Stefan H. I was staying at the Mantra for an overnighter for work, they placed me in a lovely apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment was clean and spacious. The reception staff Andrea and Luke were very friendly and helpful.
We just enjoyed a weekend in cairns staying here. We checked in Thursday afternoon and we discovered the lights in our room and bsthroom were not working but lamp and tv were working. We called reception and they resolved the situation by giving us the option to move to another room upgrade as an apology for the inconveience. Thank you for promptly rectifying our situation lovely asst mgr i think her name was citra? The upgraded room was great - had everything we needed and a massive comfy bed for my mum and I.
