Posted July 4, When Mr Springsteen plays at the Niedersachsenstadion on Friday, which is only a few hundred metres away from where I work, I'm on duty. I work in an institution for people with intellectual disabilities. If I'm lucky and the wind is right, you can hear the concerts in the stadium very well from the top window of the building. Helene Fischer unfortunately proved that and last week when Roland Kaiser performed, the wind was very unfavourable, thank goodness.
I'm sorry to say that there probably won't be good weather on Friday. At first it looked as if the rain would take a break on Friday and that the intensive negotiations with the relevant authorities in the sky would have led to a good outcome. But it seems that Springsteen's management has made serious mistakes. It is suspected that the concert recordings of the last performances had a negative influence on the negotiations. Light rain must now be expected in the evening hours.
It's not supposed to be as bad as the concert in Munich on the tour, but I would dress for the weather and ask those who are lucky enough to be standing right in front of the stage to bring warm tea instead of beer the brewery that is allowed to serve beer in the stadium doesn't have the best reputation in Germany.
