Jenn Schuler. Birth Doula, Reiki Practitioner. She was trained in a variety of modalities; however, she thrived in connective tissue, neuromuscular, and energy therapies. Jenn specializes in prenatal wellness, with additional certifications in hot stones, reiki, integral sound healing, crystal healing, essential oils and personal training.
She is a firm believer that body, mind, and spirit wellness are interconnected. Jenn started her journey of holistic health in with meditation and exercise. Then, dove more into therapeutic essential oils, crystal healing as well as sound healing therapies. Since graduation, Jenn has worked in chiropractic and spa settings, while building her own practice.
Initially, sports massage and kinesiology was Jenn's interest for going to massage school. However, the universe had its own path for her, working with a pregnant classmate from the beginning.
Connecting with prenatal clients over the years, Jenn's goal is to create a prenatal practice. Empowering and promoting prenatal wellness by incorporating prenatal skincare, massage, yoga and birth doula services for additional ways to support mamas and their families throughout the entire pregnancy and birth.
