I have a strong desire to be of service to others and am passionate about the body, mind and spirit connection. Over the years I have felt honored in assisting people on their healing journeys and helping them feel better. My intention as a body worker is to create a safe and sacred space for you is to connect with your body and spirit and feel empowered to take control of your health. Dana has been in practice since and specializes in i ntegrated massage therapy including deep tissue, trigger point work, myofascial release, pre and postnatal massage, shiastu and Bowenwork.
Education: hour certification in massage therapy and zen shiatsu from the Providence Institute in Tucson, AZ in Strong emphasis in anatomy, physiology, Asian Medical Theory. Introductory level training in Chi Nei Tsang, hydrotherapy and deep tissue sports massage. Since graduating from Providence Institute, Dana has taken over hours of continuing education classes including Cranial Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy and Orthopedic Massage.
