Traditionally Thai massage is on a soft mat on the floor fully clothed! This can be a fun dynamic way to open your body up and ease your stiffness!

I guide you through this process in the massage session as you feel into your body. Trauma, emotional and mental stress, false belief systems, physical distress, environment stress, and other blocks to our personal growth can be stored in our bodies and breathe work helps stimulate our nervous system to release and relax.
Energetic healing and breathe work takes a holistic approach that looks beyond the physical to manipulating the subtle energy systems meridians, auric bodies, chakras, nadis where the cause of the dis-ease can be located and this impacts our ability to function at our full potential. Energetic healing facilitates the healing process by clearing blocks in the energy fields, repairing and rebalancing the energy so that the body can move to its optimal level of balance from where it is able to access its inherent ability to heal itself.
