Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and caters to the developmental needs of young children. Plan and prepare daily lesson plans, activities, and learning materials that are engaging and educational. Classroom Management: Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Manage classroom behavior and ensure that students follow classroom rules and routines. Address individual needs and adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Child Development and Support: Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and learning needs. Provide individual and group support to encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere where children feel valued and encouraged. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events. Prepare and submit reports as required, including progress reports and assessments.
Health and Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students by adhering to school policies and procedures. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest educational practices, early childhood research, and relevant regulations.
