A Vermont man is facing a prostitution charge after Keene police allege he placed an online advertisement seeking to have a sex act performed in exchange for money. Keene police received an anonymous tip Dec.
Keene police, posing as an adult female answering his ad, initiated an online correspondence with Muscat, who drove to Keene to meet who he thought was the woman, police said.
Muscat arrived at the agreed-upon location in Keene and was instead met by two Keene detectives and arrested Saturday, police said.
