Desert Dominion acknowledges that there has been harm done to the club and community over the past years. We have been reevaluating our processes for welcoming new members and members of the general public, and initiating repair with current members. We have looked internally at our rules, policies, and bylaws and are looking at what will help the future of the club.
This action will help new and current members understand the updated culture expectation of the club and help us all work on a restorative justice process for non-bannable offenses.
