It is perfect for parties, one-to-one sessions, video shoots and photo shoots. There is an absolutely decadent feel to this wonderful space. Notably, a beautiful red velvet chaise-longue is in place for Mistress to relax on. This also doubles as a beautiful prop for photo and video shoots.

There is an array of strap-on cocks which have been carefully looked after and of course all sanitised before and after every session. Washing facilities comprise of a small shower and a toilet and sink. We have two separate bathrooms with these facilities. Refreshments of tea and coffee are free and are available throughout the session and also there is a fridge to keep your own refreshments chilled, should you wish to bring them in.
