Everyone needs a safe and stable place to call home. We help youth, individuals, and families exit homelessness as quickly as possible and return to permanent housing. Flagler Housing and Homeless Services provides community-based rapid re-housing assistance throughout the Greater Richmond and Tri-Cities regions.
Rapid re-housing helps households secure safe and affordable rental housing while presenting resources to maintain long-term housing stability. Located on the south side of the Villa campus at the intersection of Brook Road and Villa Park Drive, the community consists of 60 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Hollybrook is managed by Landmark Property Services. We are currently accepting applications for our waiting list.
