Rating 1. I booked an online appointment for 10am Saturday, Jan 4th. I arrived today and she checks me in and I sit down. She then comes and gets me to say she can't find my appointment why did she "check me in" then? I have been looking forward to this massage for a few weeks! She then tells me that I was a no show on Jan 2nd - I would have never made an appoint during the week, as I work.
She says they emailed me I have no confirmation and that they tried calling me when I was a no show - I have no calls from Massage envy.
