Sarah enjoys helping people find natural remedies to pain as well as educating them about their bodies. In her spare time, Sarah is a Bharatanatyam dancer who has completed her arangetram through the Cultural Centre of India.

She enjoys travel, sports especially the Buckeyes , and her dog. She is trained in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, prenatal and Swedish massage. Her previous work experience in a chiropractic environment deepened her knowledge and passion for anatomy, and her understanding of chronic pain.
