According to authorities, Mark Prieve, 56, was driving the wrong way on a highway in Elk Mound, Wisconsin. He failed to respond to police lights and sirens and continued driving in the wrong lane before pulling into a parking lot. Prieve refused to take a field sobriety test but took a breathalyzer test with a result of.
