We will be available to discuss any support needs for families with children aged 11 or under. We can offer home visiting for a variety of reasons including: mental health needs, SEND, low income, multiple birth, separation, perinatal support, isolation. Anything you may be struggling with may be able to help. We shall also be there spreading the word about our 3 fantastic support groups that we offer for free to families in Haverhill, parent and child group, baby group and SEND group.

During the event our dementia advisors will be providing information on what the Dementia Connect service offers, how to access it, and what other support agencies are available to those affected by dementia in Suffolk.
