Thousands of dancers have come through our program. Many have done it simply for the enjoyment of dance, while others have gone on to prestigious careers in professional dance companies and even on Broadway. All classes are developmentally appropriate, technique based, and progressively paced. Our pledge to you is to provide the highest quality dance instruction available at an affordable cost. We have three studios under one roof with enough size to accommodate all levels.
Parents can use either our indoor or outdoor waiting areas, depending upon the weather. Our studio is located in a neighborhood with a number of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping areas within several blocks of the studio. The office is staffed during most class periods to help with registration or scheduling issues and for dropping off payments. For the State Department of Education, she has written dance and fine arts curriculum guides and served as a dance clinician for teachers throughout the state.
She has studied and performed with ProDanza Italia and, along with Ms. Claire Connor is an honor student at Zachary High School, taking honors and dual enrollment courses. Claire has also been a part of a national championship winning competition team, the Zachary High School Talented Theatre program, and served as the flute section leader in marching and concert band. Claire enjoys making jewelry and has won several visual arts competitions for her creations.
Kate has received scholarships for numerous summer intensives, spending summers at both Sarasota Ballet and Louisville Ballet. Torrie Hedges began dancing when she was six years old and has been part of the BRBT company for the past three years.
Torrie has completed 40 credit hours of dual enrollment courses, completing her first year of college while still in high school. In the fall, Torrie will be attending Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University with aspirations of becoming a doctor of physical therapy. Jennifer is a graduate of Baton Rouge Magnet High School, where she is member of the Chinese Student Association and a member of the studio dance company.
