It has been nearly 20 years since the last World Cup was held in Milwaukee. Top speed skaters from across the world will compete in the m, m, m, m women and m men , as well as the Mass Start, Team Pursuit and Team Sprint. Included in the athletes competing will be Jordan Stolz, Milwaukee native, current World Record holder in the m and 6x World Champion. At only 18, he became the first male to ever win 3 Golds in the m, m and m at a World Championships and then defied the odds to win all three again this past season.
World Cup 4 will be a unique opportunity for community members to cheer on all of Team USA on home ice. Friday- Sold Out! Doors open one 1 hour before racing starts. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis, with additional standing room being available in the arena area as well. Tickets are non-refundable.
