Hi, I'm Reiko. I currently work as a specialist in massage and aromatherapy in the Netherlands. After working as an editor in the publishing and media industry in Tokyo for 16 years, I moved to Europe in Reflecting on a slower-paced life, I began focusing on what brings me comfort and joy.
Feeling that it was time to honor my true passion, I studied and trained in the UK, obtaining diplomas in clinical aromatherapy, massage, anatomy, physiology, and essential oil science. In our daily lives, we encounter mental and physical stress.
While moderate stress provides vitality, excessive stress impacts the mind and body. Finding personal relaxation methods, exercising, and maintaining quality sleep and nutrition are crucial, as I'm sure you all understand.
