Food was equally amazing. We were here on Christmas Eve and the place was decked out with lights and decorations. The rooftop bar had live entertainment and extra amuse bouche handed out. The evening menu was a special set menu. The food was out of this world delicious and the service was excellent. As others have mentioned, the call to prayer was intrusive and irritating but bearable. It did wake me in the morning but I went straight back to sleep. I suspect most places in the city could have a noise issue so you may as well come here and enjoy this lovely place.
Enjoy a trip to the fort and palace, it was amazing. Overall we loved the city of Jodhpur more than any other place we have visited so far.
