Public service: Tel. The Museum team offers a custom-made welcome to visitors with disabilities, including those who are blind, visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, as well as people with reduced mobility or learning difficulties.
The galleries and , objects contained within the Museum collections can be appreciated through hearing, and some through touch or smell. Visitors are therefore supported in perceiving the collections and the space within which they are found in other ways. The lift enables you to visit all three floors of the Museum that are open to the public. For your own convenience, you are strongly recommended to inform us of your visit in advance by calling 02 35 71 41 Facilitators adapt their speaking speed and vocabulary during visits.
They are available for accompanying visitors as they move through the building. A customised welcome is available for groups of children and adults who are blind or visually impaired. For this purpose, a workshop on touch, taste and smell is provided upon reservation. A general map of the exhibition rooms in braille, an adult visitors guide in braille or large print, as well as two illuminated magnifiers are available at the reception desk to provide you with a more comfortable free visit.
