The specially trained therapist uses their feet and body weight to achieve a deep level of relaxation while increasing mobilization and wellbeing. This allows for more pressure than a typical massage session. A specially trained therapist takes the body gently to a place of maximized mobilization. The client and therapist work together with honest communication to assure a safe stretch.
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting mothers. A specially-trained therapist will use cushions, pillows and side-lying postures to work the sore areas while supporting both mom and baby.
