I hope to help you live an active life through all its stages, unrestricted by your pelvic floor. Before specialising as a pelvic floor physiotherapist, I worked as a musculoskeletal physio and pilates instructor with a focus on exercise rehabilitation. I have a strong, holistic understanding of how your pelvic health fits into the bigger picture of you, and my treatment style involves a combined approach of specific bladder and bowel management strategies, exercise advice, massage, dry needling and liaising with other staff on your medical team.
