It can also release endorphin, which is the chemical released after a good workout or when you eat chocolate, which contributes to that great feeling.
In everything I do, be it at the dojo, at school, at work, at home, at events I am always an enthusiastic listener and teacher. I don't claim to know everything or have all the answers, but, as the old adage goes, "Where there is a Will, there is a Way", I am that Will, and I find Ways.
