The complaint alleges that patrons have sexually assaulted employees and stalked them at work and after their shifts, following them to their cars in a parking lot well away from the restaurant. When employees have complained, managers have told the hostesses to get weapons, the complaint states. The girls were groped and subjected to lewd advances from patrons, alleges the complaint filed on behalf of a former hostess, who was 17 years old and between her junior and senior years of high school when she was hired.
Customers are allowed to remain on the premises, according to the complaint, because managers say reprimanding them or expelling them would be bad for the restaurant, which opened in July On Sept.
