The bed was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. Charles M. Really comfortable beds. The lady at breakfast went and bought us English breakfast tea, which was amazing good service. The reception man was very helpful at check in.

Absolutely not what we expect from an Ibis Styles!! The bedroom carpet was stained and we had a disabled bathroom. The pillows were poor and we only had one each. The dining room was basic too - overall it was a very disappointing experience.
