I am based in the United States, however I do ship worldwide. Just enter your address and select your shipping type at checkout! I cannot provide a price estimate in advance as it depends on item weight and your location.

They start at $40 and go up based on size and complexity. I restock my crochet plushies about once a month, however I am a college student taking a full course load of classes. I am very grateful to have a large following on Tik-Tok, but this means there are many people who want to buy my plushies and I tend to sell out within an hour of my restock. If you want to purchase a crochet plush, please subscribe to my mailing list or follow my social media accounts to receive updates prior to each restock. Make sure to set an alarm!
I gladly accept returns and cancellations. I do not offer exchanges.
To cancel your order, contact me within 24 hours of purchase.
To return your item, contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition with no defects, and buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders or digital downloads (which includes all crochet patterns).
For all non-custom/personalized items, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for items to be shipped.

Due to COVID-19, USPS has received an unprecedented volume of packages. If your order is being shipped to the US, you may have to wait a few weeks past the estimated shipping date to receive your items. If your order is being shipped internationally, you may have to wait months to receive your order. Once I hand the package over to USPS, I do not have control over how fast it arrives.
